In the event that Assemblage Mobile becomes aware of a security breach that has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information, Assemblage Mobile will promptly investigate the matter and notify the competent supervisory authority no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it, except where the breach of personal data is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
10. Do Not Track (DNT) Policy
Most web browsers, as well as some mobile operating systems and mobile applications, include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference. and thus refuse to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and logged. No uniform technological standard for the recognition and implementation of DNT signals has been adopted to date. Accordingly, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard regarding online tracking is adopted in the future, we will notify you of our desire to comply with it, in a revised version of this privacy policy.
